Sons Brian Welch, Jason (Jessica) Welch, Frametown, WV, Tyler (Ashleigh) Reedy, of Maysel, WV and his daughter Danielle (Ryan) West, Clay, WV. Grandchildren, Jaden Starcher, Jason Cummings, Davis Tori, Merissa and Riley Welch, Emily and David West. At Rick’s request, his body will be cremated and there will be no services at this time. In his memory, please just be kind to one another. He always just tried to be nice to people even those who did him wrong. Just be kind. The family would like to thank the staff of the Cleveland Clinic for all they done for our family. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:26.
