Basil E. Nicholas

Procious, WV – Basil E. Nicholas, 70, of Procious entered into rest Tuesday, December 24, 2013.
Born October 6, 1943 in Lockhart, he was the son of the late Howard and Goldie (Rogers) Nicholas.
Basil is survived by his sons, Craig Nicholas of Kansas City, KS., David Nicholas of Mooresville, NC, and Mark Nicholas of Parkersburg, brother, Leonard Nicholas of VA., sisters, Shirley Canter of Widen, Phyllis Holcomb of WV , Carolyn Williams of Clay, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held 12:00 PM Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Anthony Moss officiating.
Friends called 1 hour prior to the service.
