Geneva Strickland Skeen

Welcome, NC – Geneva Strickland Skeen, late of Welcome, NC has passed away. She was born in WV, daughter of Loran Boone and Ora Strickland of Clay, WV and has lived in Welcome for 39 ½ years.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Paul Victor Skeen, and her son, Richard Paul Skeen.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Daniele, husband Tony Daniele and grandson, Matthew Robert Daniele and Valeriya Daniele, his wife; daughter-in-law, Pixie Setliff Skeen and grandsons David Richard Skeen and Patrick Wayne Skeen; Brothers Keith Strickland, Steve Strickland, Grant Strickland and Sisters Evelyn Will, Doris Hostetter, Edna Brown and Wanda Eagle.
For those who knew and loved her she will be greatly missed.
The Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Hinkle Hospice House of Lexington, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, North Carolina 27292 who made her final days and hours comfortable and peaceful.
