At the banquet, they had over 220 people. The Foundation would like to thank all that made tournament and banquet a success – the fishers, sponsors, guests, those that manned the tables, the food preparers, all hands behind the scenes…everyone that had any part.
This year’s winner was Daniel Haddox with 5 muskies totaling 185 inches. Second place went to Justin Lusk with 5 muskies totaling 175 inches. Jonathon Horn took third place with a total of 146.5 inches. Biggest fish went to John Fouty with a 45 inch muskie.
In the youth division, the 11-14 age group winner was Scottie Cobb with a 38.5 inch muskie. The 10 and under age group winner was Eli Wilmoth with a 28.5 inch catfish.
Overall, there were 26 fishers who caught 39 qualifying muskies, aka “Eric Fish”, on 11 different bodies of water.
“The Foundation and my family sincerely appreciate all the love and support you continue to show. This event has grown each year and it is a blessing to continue to honor Eric in such a way. Eric would be humbled and appreciative of all that is done in his memory. And may be laughing a little at us for the fuss that we make.” Eric’s sister said of the tournament and outpouring of support.
Keep track of all the Foundation is doing at www.eworkman.org or through the Foundation’s Facebook page. Until next year, stay safe and happy fishing.
