The Clay County Prevention Coalition/Clay County Health Department, Prestera, and WV Help and Hope partnered with Trey Corwell and his Digital Imaging II class at Clay County High School to design a billboard with a prevention message. Mr. Corwell’s class had several students submit a design to be considered, then was voted on by the Clay County Prevention Coalition. The winning theme was “No Matter What Team You Play For, Healthy Alternatives Always Win.”
The winners of the billboard are Nathan Witt and Natalie Caldwell. Their artwork can be viewed along the Elk River nearest to the high school. We are extremely proud of these students.
