Sargent Robert Belt and Deputy Tyler Caruthers of the Clay County Sheriffs Department arrived at a residence on Main Street in Clay with an outstanding warrant for Jason Padgett. Upon entering the home Jason was found in the bathroom of the residence hiding after attempting to flush a substance believed to be marijuana down the toilet. Over 22 grams of Marijuana was seized and the three individuals in the residence Jason Padgett, Sarah Padgett, and Sally Williams were arrested on drug and conspiracy charges.
