The Lady Panthers continue their dominance of the courts with all out, in your face basketball.  The bugs are officially out of the game for the Lady Panthers, and the ladies are burning the net every game.  The Ladies had three games this week against Calhoun, Roane, and Webster.  Each team took their shot at the Lady Panthers, and each one went down hard.  The game of the week was when the Lady Panthers took on the Lady Raiders of Roane County.  The Lady Raiders came to play – they led the Lady Panthers for the majority of the game and it looked as if the Lady Panthers were going to ring up their first loss of the season, but then the fan was turned on.  The Lady Panthers outscored the Lady Raiders 22-7 in the fourth period to come back and win the game.  Emily Wynn brought out the whipping stick and dumped 15 points in the game to lead the Lady Panthers in points scored.  Sarah Boggs had 19 points in the game against Calhoun, followed closely by Summer Ally with 14 points.  The Lady Panthers will back in action against the tough Sissonville team on Saturday, January 16th, game time 7PM.  They have only nine games left before the LKC placement game; the season is winding up fast, and they have some tough games ahead of them.  It will be interesting to see if the Lady Panthers will stay on the fast pace they have set for themselves. I have no doubt they will.
