BDA provides Road Trippin’ segment for Elk River Fest

The Elk River Fest is this weekend, June 5th and 6th here in Clay, filled with fun and music, a parade, exhibits and so much more! It is going to be a fun packed weekend! The Business Development Association (BDA) and WCHSTV8/FOX 11 partnered up to shoot a Road Trippin’ segment to be aired on the news on Monday June 1, 2015 for the evening news broad cast, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 for the morning news broadcast, and Thursday, June 4, 2015 for the noon broadcast. The Road Trippin’ segments will show kayaking down the beautiful Elk River, fishermen fishing, horseback riders and more. The Grand opening of the new Buffalo Creek Recreational Trail will be on Saturday, June 6, at 9:00a.m. at the end of Pisgah Bridge, during the Elk River Fest. There will be tons of fun activities for both young kids all the way to adults to enjoy at the Elk River Fest. Come out and support our town and enjoy yourselves! road Trippin' 2
