Baseball is a game full of bursts of action and intense edgy moments. If you want to see this for yourself, get to one of the Mustang’s baseball games; they have kicked some royal butt since the season began. The boys have held school on the finer art of baseball under the leadership of head coach Frank Kleman. Ripley thought they would come in and take the honor away from the Mustangs, but it wasn’t going to happen. Caleb Wynn was firing on all cylinders from the hill and the Ripley boys couldn’t get the bat on the ball. However, the Mustang bats were fired up and swinging for the fences. The Mustangs scored five runs, taking down the visiting Ripley team by the score of 5-1. The Mustangs are on a winning streak, and if you like action, bring a chair. You will not want to miss a minute of it.
