The Cross Country team travelled to Webster county to run in the Big Ditch Lake Invitational run. It turned out to be a great run for the Panther team as Trevor Armes once again took first place in the boy’s division. The boys also took the second place team overall trophy, only three points behind Roane County.
It was a good run for the Lady Panther team, as well, as they placed high in the ranks but not quite high enough to place in the top three. Fifteen teams competed from all over the state and many of the top runners ran it out. With just a few more races left in the season, the Panther Cross Country team is gearing up for the LKC runs and look like they will be close contenders for the medals. Congratulations to the boys team.
