Dormal Carolyn (Drake) McClain

Dixie, WV – Dormal Carolyn (Drake) McClain, 85, of Dixie, passed away Tuesday February 23, 2016 at the Hubbard House, Charleston. She was a member of the Bell Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Born on June 12, 1930 in Roane Co., she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Iley Drake.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Ray McClain; infant son, Kevin Dale McClain; grandson, Victor Shane Foster, and son-in-law, Denny Foster.
Left to cherish her memory is a son, Stan McClain of Cannelton; daughter, Janice Foster of Dixie; six grandchildren, four great- grandchildren; brothers, Delbert and Ronzil Drake both of Parkersburg; sisters, Maysel Cook of Powellton, and Jeanie Dooley of Parkersburg.
Service was held at 11 am on Saturday, Feb. 27 at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge with the Minister Shane Wynn officiating. Burial followed at Elena Community Church Cemetery in Roane County.
