Chloe, WV – David E. Thomas, 55, of Chloe, WV, died Thursday, May 28, 2015 as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born December 28, 1960 in the village of Albion, NY. He was a son of the late Andrew and Delsey Walls Thomas.
He was a retired construction worker and mechanic. He enjoyed camping and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Sherry Morris Thomas; five daughters, Ashley, Miley, and Emily Thomas of Chloe; Carrie Metzger and Margaret Ellen Bell, both of Virginia; three brothers, Doug Sitzer, Eugene Sitzer, and Frankie Adkins; and three sisters, Melissa Salisbury, Patty Green, and Peggy White.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, John Sitzer and Mike Sitzer.
Funeral services were held at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Lester Tanner officiating.
Interment was in Morris-Thomas Cemetery, Chloe.
