Betty Moran Triplett

Betty Moran Triplett, 77, of Fairview, OH, formerly of Clay, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 in Defiance, Ohio at the Hospice Center.

Born July 1, 1940 in Ridgewood, WV, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Goldie DeMoss. In addition to her parents Betty was also preceded in death by her three husbands, Ernie McKinney, Clarence Triplett Sr., and Archbold Triplett; grandson, Robert DeMoss; and several brothers and sisters.

Betty is survived by her four children, David DeMoss, Robert (Kimberly) DeMoss, Clarence (Angela) Triplett Jr, Misty (Steve) Nicholson; one sister; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five step grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay.  Burial will be in the Triplett Cemetery, Clay.

Friends may gather with family two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. On-line condolence may be sent to the family at www.carlwilsonfuneralhome.com.
