Fresh produce is now available in Clay all year long! Veggie Barn opened this week at 133 Main Street on the corner of Main and Bank Streets in downtown Clay. Run by Ovapa resident Angie Lane, the store will stock seasonal produce fresh from Southern gardens. As the business grows, Lane is hopeful to include local products, rose trellises, swings and a variety of outdoor goods in her inventory. The Veggie Barn is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 – 5:00 and Saturday from 9:00 – 12:00 noon. Shop local and get the taste, nutritional value, and freshness you expect in your produce.
