The 1st degree murder charges against Zachary Daniels were dismissed on Friday when no probable cause was found. Brian DeBoard, 33, was shot in the leg by Daniels during a domestic argument on Wednesday, July 15. Daniels, 26, has been incarcerated in the Central Regional Jail since the shooting took place. Daniels appeared before Magistrate Jeff Boggs in Clay Magistrate Court on Friday, July 24 to face the charge of 1st degree murder. However, after no probable cause was found, Daniels was released from custody.
