The WV State Superintendent of Schools recently made a visit to Clay County. Dr. Martirano came to Big Otter Elementary School and enjoyed meeting with the principal, staff members, and students! Dr. Martirano spoke with kindergarten students during reading time and 2nd grade students during math time.
