Josh and Amanda Sark, owners of the Rockin S Dairy Bar

By: Betty Gandee

Ready for a change for lunch and dinner in Clay? Rockin S Dairy Bar is hoping to give you a lot of tasty choices to choose from in the near future.  Josh and Amanda Sark will be opening up their new business across from Go-Mart.

Josh is a former resident of Pangburn, Arkansas. Pangburn is a town outside of Little Rock that is actually smaller than Clay.  Josh is blessed with a family of great cooks, and if you’ve ever eaten from the south, you’ll never want anything else.  Amanda has lived in Clay most of her life.  Josh and Amanda have four children between them, Brooklyn, Braydon, Brilee, and Lilly and have been a pipeline family for the past few years, traveling across the United States.

After many discussions they decided to settle down in Clay and start their family restaurant.  Amanda says, “Our hope is to help our little town build back to its fullest potential and how I remember it growing up as a small kid.”

They encourage everyone to like their Facebook page “Rockin S Dairy Bar” and are always looking for new food ideas!
