A Clay County native and CCHS graduate is returning to her hometown to host a fashion show. Dartanya Butcher, fashion designer, will be hosting a local show with her personally designed fashion clothing line. Thanks to the CCHS Class of ‘68 Scholarship Fund, local fans have the opportunity to view Dartanya’s creations on Saturday, May 23, 2015. The fashion show will be held in the Clay County High School Auditorium at 7:00 pm with live entertainment featuring Rebecca Jarvis and Adria Watson. Admission for adults is $10 with children twelve and under for $5 each. This one of a kind event is sure to be an exciting evening and all members of the community are invited to attend. Make plans now to sneak a peek at Dartanya’s senior collection, which won the critic’s choice award from Robert Tagliapietra and Jeffrey Costello. More information about Dartanya’s work can be found at www.dartanyagabrielle.com.
