Clay County Schools Provides Meals to Children During the Summer

Clay County Schools announces their sponsorship of the federally-funded Summer Food Service Program.  Breakfast and lunch are open to all children, ages 18 years and under, who would like to participate. 

Meals will be served at the following sites: 

SUMMER SCHOOL 

Clay Elementary: Monday-Thursday, June 19-July 27. Breakfast served from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Lunch served from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

Clay County High School: Monday-Thursday, June 19-July 27. Monday-Friday, July 18-22. Breakfast served from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Lunch served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. 

FALL SPORTS CAMP 

Clay County High School: Monday-Friday, July 31- August 23. Breakfast served from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.  Lunch served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

A nutritious meal is important for children to learn, play, and remain active during the summer months. Remember, Hunger Doesn’t Take a Summer Vacation!
