From the desk of Principal Anthony Boggs
The Awesome Brave Award is given at the end of each month to students who display good character. We believe that good character is essential to helping our students become more successful in life and have positive relationships. We are highlighting a different character trait each month, and one student from each class who exemplified that trait will be chosen to receive the “Awesome Brave Award.” The winners receive a t-shirt that says Awesome Brave Award. The character trait that we focused on for the month of September was COURAGE. The students in the picture are the September winners. The winners are chosen by their classroom teachers. Our hope for our school is that this character education program will help our students and show them that good character is very important and that it can get you far.
