Big Otter Elementary students participate in summer reading

Big Otter Elementary students enjoyed reading this summer! Students participated in a school-wide summer reading program. When school began, students who returned their reading packet received a certificate for this great achievement. The top reader from each grade level received an extra prize – getting to put a pie in the face of the principal or a teacher!  Congratulations! The following students were the top reader from their grade:

Kindergarten – Ethan Metheney

1st Grade – Alexander Jennings

2nd Grade – Stephanie Rollyson

3rd Grade – Jaycee Hanshaw

4th Grade – Caden Berry

5th Grade – Jacob Murphy

The following students participated in the summer reading program:

Kindergarten – Cameron Douglas & Ethan Metheney

1st Grade – Kaden Chapman, Jacob Morris, Alexander Jennings, Miranda Morris, John Paxton Jr., Ariel Waseleski, Colt Nichols, Levi Rogers

2nd Grade – Janetta Douglas, Braylen Duffield, Jacob Elkins, Spencer Faulkner, Mason Greathouse, Stephanie Rollyson

3rd – Kinsey Elkins (not pictured), Cara Jennings, Brody Scarbro, Jaycee Hanshaw, Skiley Mullins, Luke Scarbro

4th – Caden Berry, Jaxon Brown, Isaiah Morris, Breauna Duffield, Gabriel Hamrisk, Lilli Schoonover
