LITTLE TALKS WITH BIG THOUGHTS
Looking at the falling snow, I felt as bleak and depressed, as the heavy gray sky. Then, an old memory of my childhood passed before my eyes.
There were the group of us, coasting on a hill, that was gradually becoming bare. All of a sudden it started to snow. One little boy, took off his cap and throwing it into the air shouted, “Three cheers for God. He is making it snow.”
With the simple faith of children, we screamed our cheers.
Smiling, I thought, God can’t answer all our prayers. Particularly if they contradict each other. This is His answer to many a child’s prayer. Mine can wait.
CARD OF THANKS
The family of William T. P’simer wishes to express their thanks to the personnel of the Clay Funeral Home and Rev. Jesse Hamrick, officiating Minister, for the consoling words and the many condolences given us during the passing of our loved one. Thanks to those who sent flowers, the ones who sang and the many friends who called.
