Super Saturday Kicks off Baseball/Softball Season

Super Saturday kicked off the baseball/softball season for 2016. As ball teams, parents, family and friends gathered at the Dundon Ball fields to watch their little ones play, or for those who attended just for the joy of watching the smiles on the little kids faces, many games were played for the opening day of the season. A lot of hard work a dedication goes into the baseball season by the volunteers who coach, work in the concession stands, keeps the field grounds neat and tidy, etc. Many don’t realize how much work goes into this fun season that many look forward to each year. The joy of the game and the fun the little ones have standing out of the field and the anticipation they get when they try to hit the ball and run for first base is all worth it!
