Town council held their March meeting Tuesday, March 1. The agenda was short for this month. Aside from the approval of the previous meeting minutes and the bills to be paid, the town recorder position was up for discussion. Resumes have been received and interviews will be conducted on March 8, 2016 at 5:00PM at the water plant. The recorder position salary was discussed and town council decided to lower the monthly salary from $480 to $125. The recorder position will be filled at the next meeting, which will be Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 5:00pm.
