Pipeline meeting to be held Thursday

There will be Mountain Valley Pipeline public meeting for  Nicholas, Webster, Braxton, Lewis, Doddridge, Harrison, and Wetzel counties on Thursday, September 29, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ireland Community Building in Ireland, Rt. 19 South to Ireland, WV turn on Wildcat Rd.
Hear from experts. Lawyers will be present to answer questions on a range of topics: including:
-Public Comment Period Still Open
-Landowner legal rights
-Future Land Use
-Blast zone, impact radius
-Property Values
-Public health and safety issues
-Historical and cultural resources
-Hydrology/water issues

This meeting is one of a series of community meetings sponsored by POWHR (Protect Our Water, Heritage and Rights—a multi-statecoalition of community groups) – Sierra Club (Virginia Chapter),Greenbrier River Watershed Association, and Appalachian Voices.
