The Clay County wrestling team travelled to Calhoun County for the AA Regional Competition. Here is where it is determined who will move on and compete in the State Championship in Huntington. Six of the Panther wrestling team qualified for the competition. Congratulations go out to Tyler Stewart – Regional Champion, Wyatt Dawson – runner up, Jack Cummings – runner up, Robert Pritt – 3rd place, Ryan Stewart – 3rd place, and Brandon White – 4th place. The Panthers placed 5th overall in team competition. Congratulations to those six wrestlers. I know you will represent Clay County well.
