In Clay County, when you think of flower arrangements and small town shops, one name in particular comes to mind- Nancy Murphy.  Nancy has been in the flower business for 50 years and is a friendly face that is associated with the trade in town.

If you have ordered or received flowers, chances are Nancy has had a hand in the process in some form.  Nancy can usually be seen around town, always with a smiling face or kind word.  This lady is the definition of “kind-hearted,” and it shows in all that she does.

From assisting families in their brightest of celebrations like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and special holidays, to assisting them in their darkest times with funeral arrangements, Nancy has a way of being helpful, compassionate, and understanding. Maybe that is why she has successfully fulfilled her passion of flowers for 50 years.

Congratulations Nancy on your success, and thank you for continuing to put smiles on people’s faces.
