The WVU Extension Office is hosting a free workshop on November 14, 2013 at 5:30 pm at the Clay Lions Club. The workshop will include deer processing and packaging (demonstration), hunting, mortality and wounding loss, field dressing, venison recipes and tasting – new recipes, and hunting regulations and current topics.
