By Shanna Paige

Lee Harbert, part owner of the H&R Block franchise, decided in the best interest of the company and employees to sell back his portion of the business. Harbert was responsible for nine H&R Blocks around the state, Clay and Clendenin are among these. Harbert has been affiliated with the company for the past 25 years. With new ownership and management in the up-coming tax season, tension is rising to get it started. For now, Clay’s new manager will be second season employee Kelly Ramsey. Kelly is a life-long Clay County resident and says she is anxious to start the new tax season. Feel free to call H&R Block at 587-4664 with any questions.
