Hannah Grace Gandee competed in the 2013 Miss Wicked Halloween Beauty/Costume Pageant on October 27, 2013 in Beckley WV. She competed with 39 young ladies and won the title of Mini Supreme Queen and overall Photogenic. She also received the Best Dressed award for Beauty and the Best Costume Award in her age division. We are all so proud of you Hannah!!!
