Joel Finch left his home on Rock Camp Road this past week on foot to pursue a job in the Dunbar area, with his dog in tow. Finch has not been seen since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and Rocky boots. If anyone has information please contact the West Virginia State Police at 304-286-3185.
