The CCPIF league, made up of the A, B, and C teams, mixed it up with the Braxton league Saturday at Bradley Field. It would prove to be a tough day for the CCPIF league; it was raining and storming. Most everybody stuck through the lightning breaks of 15 minutes each and saw some good football. The CCPIF C team took the field and owned it, beating the C team of Braxton by the score of 41-14. The CCPIF B and A teams had a tough way to go, losing both games to Braxton. All in all, it was tough for both teams to play under the conditions, and Braxton proved to be a tough opponent. The league will once again be back at Bradley Field on the 13th, and hopefully, it will be some great football weather. Come out and enjoy the game!
