The 2013 Mustang football team has been hitting the field in preparation for their first scrimmage when they travel to Walton to take on the Tigers. The CCMS team is in somewhat of a rebuild year since most of their heavy duty players are now Clay High Panthers. However, many players are returning along with some new blood to the field for the Mustangs. There seems to be fewer players this year, but the ones that are there are plenty enough competition for anyone who lines up at the line of scrimmage against them. Make sure your sports calendar keeps days open for the Mustangs because I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. These boys have the reputation of being the ones to beat, and there is no way they will not give one hundred percent to keep that reputation alive and kicking. See you at the game!
