Caden Delwarte has meant a lot to the CHS wrestling team during his career at CCHS.   He is now a senior with his Panther years behind him and has signed his letter of intent to wrestle at Fairmont.  Here, he will take his mat skills to the next level.  Delwarte has shown hard work and dedication to his sport on and off the court.  He has been on the mats since he was in his youth and has participated in other sports as well.  His bracket will definitely be a tough fill for the coaches next season.    The wrestling fans of this county will remember him as one tough kid who put it all on the line for the fans.   Clay County High School has been fortunate to have Caden Delwarte with his desire to succeed and a work ethic to go along with it.  He now has the opportunity to take his ground game to new ground and make a difference on another team.

With all his success, he was every bit a team player and was a fan favorite.  He is truly a class act; he made wrestling fun to watch and kept you on the edge of your seat with his abilities on the mat.  I would say good luck to him in the future, but he has no need of luck – the boy has skills.
