Do you ever wonder what more we can do to create a more kindness centered community? Do you want to be part of transforming the lives of young people in a positive way? How about being part of the chain reaction that is changing the culture of schools and communities around the country! In partnership with Northgate Baptist Church, Pittsburgh, PA, we announce with great anticipation that Bill Sanders will be at Clay County High School!

A nationally known motivational speaker, Bill will be at Clay County High School for a community event on Wednesday, July 16 at 7:30 p.m. Bill is responsible for co-authoring Rachel’s Challenge, a national non-profit organization dedicated to creating safe, connected school environments where learning and teaching are maximized. Based on the life and writing of Rachel Scott, the first victim of the Columbine tragedy in 1999, Rachel’s Challenge provides a continual improvement process for schools designed to awaken the learner in every child. Bill motivates and equips students to start and sustain a chain reaction of kindness and compassion that transforms schools and communities.

Bill Sanders lives in Vicksburg, Michigan with his wife Holly, near their three grown children and six grandchildren.  Bill has been speaking to educators, students, and parents since1978.  He has shared the platform with such speakers as Zig Ziglar, Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Dr. Wayne Dyer and Presidents Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan.  He has authored 14 books for parents and teens. He joined Rachel’s Challenge in 2000 and was responsible for co-authoring the original Rachel’s Challenge assembly program.

Bill is a graduate of Western Michigan University.   He holds the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association, given to less than 7% of its members. Bill was personally mentored by author and speaker Zig Ziglar for more than 25 years.

Bring your family out for this inspirational evening. Let’s make a difference! You can read more about Bill Sanders at http://billspeaks.com and http://www.rachelschallenge.org/.
