2013 Clay County Golden Delicious Festival Antique Car Show

The 2013 Antique Car Show will be held Saturday, September 2, 2013 at the Clay County High School Parking Lot. The VFW will provide a shuttle bus from the car show to Festival activities in Town (donations please). Registration is from 8 am to 12 noon, entry fee $10. Breakfast will be ready at 8 am.
All proceeds will be donated to the Clay County High School “We Care Club”. Awards will be presented at 3 pm – Top 50 and 12 Specials. There will be a dash plaque for the first 100 cars, a 50/50 drawing, Auctions and Door prizes and T.G. Griffith will be the DJ with all the oldies!
The Grand Door Prize is a weekend excursion package for 2, 2 Tickets for Mountain Railroad, 2 tickets for American Mountain Theater and 1 night for two at Holiday Inn Express in Elkins, WV. Special Door Prize is a $150 gift card, compliments of Clay County Bank. You must be present to win a door prize. There will also be an auction for a Big Knob Hunting Club membership.
A drawing will also be held at 2 pm for four bicycles (two girl’s and two boy’s) donated by Mullins Grocery in Dixie, WV. You can get free tickets for this drawing at the Car Show and you must be present to win.
