Why does today’s church seem to have such little impact? Are we was the church making an impact on individual lives, the surrounding community our country and the world? First the church is full of too many spectators?

We attend church for entertainment and not for true worship and praise to the Lord. Revelation 3:1 says, “And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write these things saith he that the seven spirits of God and the seven stars I know thy works that thou hast a name that thou livest and are dead. DEAD OR ALIVE?

Live church move out on faith. A dead church by sight. Live church believe in a world mission. Dead church have no world vision. Live church focus on the present. Dead church on the past. Live church stand on the word of God. Dead church on tradition. Live church build on the rock. Dead church build on the sand. Live churches will preach the word but instant in season, out season reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. Dead churches will not endure sound doctrine but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears and the shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned unto fables. Live church are lovers of God for God is love. Dead church lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God. A live church having the power of God. Dead church having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof from such turn away. Live church is a doers of the word and not hearers only. Dead church is a hearer only and not a doer of the word of God. Our bodies are built up from what we eat and drink of the natural food and if we don’t get the right kind of natural food we get sick and weak and sometimes die from the lack of the right kind of natural food. We need the spiritual food and drink to strength our soul. To many pastors have brought the natural food in the church to replace the spiritual food. A live church will fill your heart with the word of God it will give you living water that will quench your thirst. You cannot live wrong and die right.
