Vera Jean Grose, 68, of Left Hand, entered into rest Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

Born August 24, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Clay and Cloe (Truman) Cottrell. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Cloe Traub; sister, Evelyn Lowers; brothers, Shirley, Delmar and Richard Cottrell.

Vera is survived by her companion Paul “Tiny” Keaton; children, Earnest Mickeal (Bobbi Jo) Traub, Tina L. (Shannon) Sowards and Eddie Joe (Carrie) Traub; grandkids, Alisha, Jeremy, Billy, Darrell, Tyler, Jacob and Dakota; great-grandkids, Landyn, Dixie, Brynlen, Austin and Lane; brothers, Nolan, Roy and Kenneth Cottrell; and sisters, Betty Sorrell and Loretta Truman.

A funeral Service was held Saturday, June 16, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay. Burial was in the Keaton family cemetery, Left Hand.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donation be made to Hubbard Hospice House. On-line condolences may be sent to the family at www.carlwilsonfuneralhome.com.
