Shelba Lynn Boggs Siers was granted her angel wings on April 16, 2017 after a brief battle with cancer.  Shelba was born September 28, 1962 in Akron OH to Chester and Olive Dale Boggs. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Shelba had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable life.
Shelba’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Shelba approached life with a conquering attitude. She gave her entire heart and soul to every endeavor she had. She loved the outdoors and was an avid rabbit hunter with a passion for horses. In her final months, Shelba was filled with such courage and hope and reminded us daily of the preciousness of family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Olive Dale Boggs.
Shelba is survived by her husband of 32 years, Randy Siers; daughter, Elizabeth Jarvis and husband Travis of Chloe; Son, Levi Siers, of Duck; father, Chester Boggs and his wife Martha of Elkins; sisters, Theresa Goddard of Wheeling, WV, Amy Ferrebee and her husband Tony of Duck, WV; brothers, Curtis Moneypenny of OH, Jim Moneypenny of Mt. Zion, WV and Chester Boggs Jr and his wife Misty of Ivydale, WV. She is also survived by her grandchildren Lidia (16), Lucas (15), Landon (12), Adriane (6), Chykaye (4) and Chase (1) and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, April 22, at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Pastor Lester Tanner officiating.  Interment will be at Boggs-Siers Family Cemetery, Nebo. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at the funeral home. Words of comfort and memories may be extended to the family at www.roachfuneralhome.com. Arrangements by Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway.
