Wallback, WV – Ruby Olive (Fields) West, 83, of Wallback, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 24, 2015.
Born on September 28, 1932, in Roane County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nina (Summers) Fields.
Ruby is survived by her son, Curtis West of Clay; daughters, Karen Dye of Frazier Bottom, Phyllis Cruickshanks, and Cecilia West both of Wallback; four grandchildren and two great-children; brothers, Harald Fields of Big Otter, and Jim Fields of Kingwood, and sister, Wanda Shamblin of Corton.
Graveside service was held 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 28, 2015 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Wallback, with Minister Tony Truman officiating.
