Ronald Wayne Moore

Coopers Creek, WV- Ronald Wayne Moore, 48, of Coopers Creek, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013, of an apparent heart attack.
He was born November 10, 1964. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Lee Moore Sr., and an infant son.
He is survived by his loving wife, April Lanham Moore; Jazz and Jingles; mother, Judy Moore of Quick; daughters, Desiree of Elkhart, Ind., and Samantha of Elkhart, Ind.; stepdaughters, Sarah Corbin of Pinch and Jennifer Myers of Dunbar; brother, Vernon Lee Moore Jr. of Clendenin; sisters, Ruby Derrix of Quick, Nancy Proctor of Quick, Trina Moore of Clay, Barbara Wood of Mink Shoals and Rebecca Basham of Elkhart, Ind.; five grandchildren; along with a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to be used toward funeral expenses.
Services were held 2 p.m. Friday, September 6, at Hafer Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Harper Cemetery, Dutch Ridge.
Visitation was from noon to 2 p.m., prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.haferfuneralhome.net. Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview, is assisting the Moore family.
