Nebo, WV – Richard L. Magly, 64, of Nebo, doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Craniopath, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 peacefully at his home after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Born April 22, 1951 in Toledo, Oh, he was the son of Don Magly and the late Doris Magly.
Rick was a World Renown, doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Craniopath as well as an accomplished carpenter, musician, yoga teacher and gardener. Rick committed his life to the truth, balance and love of nature and God. His innermost desire was to be the best doctor he could possibly be for his patients.
In addition to his father, Rick is survived by his devoted and loving wife Tracy L. Magly of Nebo, son and daughter-in-law, Briton and Lynn Goebel, grandson Christian Goebel all of Cross Lanes, sister, Debbie Johnson, nephew, Zac Johnson, nieces, Valerie Johnson and Carly Hess all of Toledo Oh, and hundreds of beloved patients throughout West Virginia.
A memorial service was held 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Big Otter Senior Center.
