Pinch, WV – Rena Bee McCune, 90, of Pinch, passed away January 17, 2014 at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
She was born November 17, 1923 at Hartland, Clay County a daughter of the late Jesse and Effie Waggy Ellison.
She was the operator and owner of Bee’s Grocery, Servia and a member of the Faith Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by husband, Ralph Bee and Harold McCune; son Robert Bee; sister, Lela Tanner; brothers, Olin Ellison and Kenneth Ellison.
She is survived by daughter, Sheila Shinn and husband, Howard of Pinch; grandson, Alva Shinn of Pinch; granddaughter, Neodesha Alford of Bluefield; great grandchildren, Jakob, Lukas and Micah; several nieces and nephews.
Service was 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Pastor Joseph Truman officiating. Burial was in the Jack Point Cemetery, Servia.
