Phyllis Wilmoth Noe

Phyllis Marie Noe left her earthly home and went peacefully to Heaven on July 26, 2016.
She was born July 29, 1935 to Rev. Robert Lee Wilmoth and Gladys Woods Wilmoth of Otterlick, WV.
She graduated from Clay County High School at age 16. Phyllis was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Tri-Gate Chapter 276, Ft. Lauderdale, serving as Worthy Matron, Grand Marshal and Grand Representative of Alberta, Canada in FL. Phyllis loved her Eastern Star sisters and brothers, especially her Grand Family.
Predeceasing her are her parents; brothers, Euel, Vernon and Robert Wilmoth; and husband Ray James Noe, Jr of Ivydale, WV.
She is survived by her sister, Dr. MaryLou Baker of Lakeport, FL; and brother, Larry Wilmoth (Vicki Painter) of WV; three loving children: Marcia Brookover Teele of Boynton Beach, FL, Kimberly Brookover Fitzgerald of Coral Springs, FL, and James Ray Noe (Yvette Toledo Noe) of Cooper City, FL; four grandsons, one step-grandson, four great-grandchildren; two step-great-granddaughters; and numerous extended family and friends. Phyllis made new friends wherever she went. Those who knew her, loved her, and she will be immensely missed.
Phyllis will be laid to rest at Dawson Family Cemetery in Little Laurel, WV, with a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016.
