Ivydale, WV – Noel Clark Smith, 83, of Ivydale, entered into rest Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
Born November 11, 1932 in Clay, he was the son of the late Orville and Elma (Fitzwater) Smith.  In addition to his parents Noel was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Smith.
Noel is survived by his sons, David Smith, Raymond Smith, Kenny Smith all of Ivydale, Donvil Smith of Clendenin; daughter, Mary Smith of Ivydale; brothers, Keith Smith of Moundsville; Bob Smith of Eastlake, Ohio, sisters, Millie Miller of Smithville, Ohio, Sharon Mullins of Pigeon and Nola Donavic of Willoughby, Ohio;  11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Tim Butcher officiating.  Burial was in Salisbury Cemetery, Ivydale.
