Clay, WV – Margaret Givens Osborne, born June 7, 1931, to Fred and Dorothy Givens, closed her eyes to this life and woke up in heaven October 20, 2014.
Marg was a long time member of Clay First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Forest and her son, Ricky Forest, sister, Virginia McClung, and brothers, Orin and Orville Givens.
She is survived by sister Eva Williams, daughter Lucindia Toon and son Rocky Osborne (Rachel) and by her grandchildren Adam Osborne (Natalie), Amanda Souder (Stanley), Andrew Osborne (Charity), Anthony Osborne (Karrie), Abraham Osborne (Holly), Avery Osborne and Jessica Toon. Great grandchildren are Hailey, Adrian, Layton, Colton, and Issabella.
A private burial took place on October 22 at the Markle Cemetery.
A public memorial service celebrating her life was held, Saturday, October 25 at 6:00 PM at Clay First Baptist Church, Clay, WV.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.
