O’Brion — Margaret Ann McCracken Moore, 89, of O’Brion, died Sunday, September 18, 2016.
Born December 15, 1926, at Wallback, she was the eldest daughter of the late Preston and Dorothy (Mollohan) McCracken. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dallas N. Moore Sr.; son, Dallas (Nelson); brothers, Jim, Curt, Donley, Byrne and Steve McCracken; sister, Hazel Adkins; and great-grandson, Dillon Dawson.
Margaret is survived by her son, Donald Moore of Duck; daughter, Karen (Ray) Dawson of Nebo; sisters, Betty Robinson, of Duck, Mary Lou Green of Akron, OH, and Susan McCracken of Charleston; brothers, Murray of Long Beach, CA, Arthur of Newton Falls, OH, Tom of Sandusky, OH, Norman and Arnold, both of Duck; grandchildren; Karrie, Kenneth, Katherine, Carol, Ray Jr., Michelle, Clint, Misty, Mandy, Andy and Kandy; and great-grandchildren, Lucas, Matthew, Tiffany, Patrick, Brittany, Kassidy, Brayden, Emily, Hannah, Emmaleigh and Aerolyn; and great-great-grandchildren, Marty, Serenity, Maria and Granger.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 23, 2016, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Pastor James Balser officiating.  Burial followed in the O’Brion Advent Christian Church Cemetery, O’Brion.
Friends gathered with family one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
