Duck, WV – Mable Long, 95, of Duck, entered into rest Wednesday, September 4, 2013 Born April 13, 1918 in Hallsburg WV, she was the daughter of the late Dick and Stella (Dawson) Sheets. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Beauford Long, 2 brothers, Homer Sheets, Hebert Sheets and 1 sister, Tressie Tanner.
Mable is survived by her sons, Earl B. Long of Duck, Robert Long of Ivydale; daughter, Mary Watkins of Chloe; 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Nebo Baptist Church, Nebo, with Minister Hubert Sears officiating. Burial was held in Hardman Cemetery, Nebo.

Lahoma “Peggy” A. Love
Moundsville, WV – Lahoma “Peggy” A. Love, of Moundsville, W.Va., formerly of Clay, W.Va., entered into her eternal rest Saturday, September 7, 2013.
Peggy was the daughter of the late William and Mamie Brooks, she spent most of her life as a loving homemaker to her family.
In addition to her parents, Peggy is preceded in death by husband, Ernest Love in which she was married to for 33 years; and also by her sister, Lenora “Chubby” Gray.
She is survived by two brothers, Jack and Doris Brooks of Glen Dale, W.Va. and Bob and Helen Brooks of Conway, Ark.
Funeral service was held 2 p.m., Monday, September 9, at the Wilson Shamblin Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Friends called at the funeral home from 1 until 2 p.m., Monday prior to the service. Burial followed at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery; Wallback, WV
