Parkersburg, WV – Lois S. Wilson, 85, of Parkersburg, formerly of Clay, entered into rest Saturday, November 9, 2013.
Born June 2, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Newlon and Eula (Hardway) Sutton.
Lois and her late husband Carl L. Wilson established Carl Wilson Funeral Home, Clay in 1963.
She is survived by her son, Carl L. (Patricia) Wilson II of Shallotte, NC, daughters, Frances Kay (Richard) Volkert of Verona, NJ. Janet S. (Jefferson) Workman of Fayetteville and Joyce L. (Ray) Ferrebee of Parkersburg, 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, one sister Alice Webster of Port Charlotte, FL and brother Kent N.(Trudy) Sutton of Amherst, OH.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Clay Memorial Gardens, Clay, with Pastor Joe Busch officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay.
