Joyce A. Gendics

Joyce A. Gendics, age 71, of Lorain, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the Autumn Aegis Nursing Home.

She was born on June 12, 1946 in Lorain, OH, to Dewey Leadingham Sr. and Darlene (nee Fletcher).

Joyce loved all the Cleveland sports teams, playing cards, and crafting.

She is survived by her son, Shawn (Jamela) Krajeski, of Maysel, WV; grandsons, Ian Smith and Grant Krajeski, both of Maysel, WV; mother, Darlene Krieg, of Amherst; brother, Dewey (Karen) Leadingham, of Wellington; sister, Terri (Bob) Gay, of North Ridgeville; and cousin and close friend, Noreen Nevin.

Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Dewey Leadinham Sr.; sister, Rae Dene Hutton; and step-father, Edward Krieg.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Noreen Nevin for all the love and kindness that she gave to Joyce.

Private family funeral services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.dovinreberjones.com.
